We built this cap on a classic six-panel mold with a structured front panel that keeps the crown´s form intact. The embroidery runs across the front and sides, applied directly to the fabric so the graphic stays sharp over time. A plastic back strap delivers clean adjustability across a full range of head sizes. Polyester construction resists moisture and maintains color through regular use.
