We built this cap on a six-panel mold with a structured front panel that holds its shape through daily wear. The ripstop weave resists tearing and keeps the 100% cotton lightweight without sacrificing durability. Embroidery hits the front and side panels, and a tonal square buckle at the back closes the fit without breaking the clean look of the crown.
