This cap uses a five-panel mold in 100% polyester ripstop, a tight-weave fabric that resists tearing and holds its shape through hard use. The front panel is structured for a clean silhouette. Embroidery hits the front and side panels. The rear closes with a square self-tone buckle that sits flush against the back.
