A structured five-panel cap built for the paddock, with laser-cut mesh and PVC appliqué that earn their place.

We built this cap on a five-panel mold with a structured front panel that holds its shape through regular wear. Embroidery hits the front and back. The rear strap uses the same fabric as the body, keeping the construction consistent throughout. Laser-cut mesh panels replace grommets, managing airflow without punching holes in the silhouette. The shell runs 100% polyester, which resists moisture and holds color longer than cotton under repeated wear.
