SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COSTUMIZED PRODUCTS & JEANS FITTING SERVICE

CHEVIGNON Stores, offer certain personalization of denim products and jeans repair. Complementary with the General Terms of Sale the following terms apply: 

 CUSTOMIZATION POLICIES FOR DENIM PRODUCTS 

 You can personalize your jeans, jackets, aprons, shorts, and skirts (hereinafter referred to as “Customized Products”) by adding unique elements of your choice. 

 Personalization may include (i) patches, (ii) laser etching, (iii) pigment, (iv) rivets, (v) pins, (vi) embroidery, among others (collectively referred to as the “Service”). Inappropriate or offensive content—including profane language—is strictly prohibited and will not be accepted. 

 Customers are responsible for the cost of materials selected for customization. Pigment-based customization is only available during special Chevignon-hosted events where the necessary equipment is present. However, customers may request other types of customization at any time. 

 Please note that personalized items require approximately five (5) additional business days for processing. 

  • If purchased in a retail store, we will notify you when your customized product is ready for pickup. 
  • If purchased via our online store, your order will be delivered approximately five (5) business days later than standard delivery times. 

 Customized products are made just for you and therefore cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects. We strongly recommend confirming the fit of the product before customizing. Due to differences in materials and screen resolution, slight color variations may occur between what you see online and the actual product. 

 Orders are charged upon shipment and do not require a signature upon delivery. Once the order is placed, customization begins immediately and we are unable to make changes or cancel the order. 

 Please note: Customization is not covered under warranty. The product itself remains covered by any applicable warranty, but personalization is excluded. 

JEANS FITTING SERVICE 

Chevignon offers a complimentary Fitting Service for jeans purchased at our retail stores, which includes hemming, tapering, or bootcut adjustments. 

It is essential that measurements be taken before the service is performed. If no measurements are provided, Chevignon is not responsible for the final result. 

The Fitting Service must be requested within two (2) months from the date of purchase and is limited to one-time use per jeans reference. Adjustments such as hemming or tapering are covered under a 15-day warranty from the date the altered jeans are returned to the customer. 

 The fitting process takes approximately five (5) business days. 

  • For in-store purchases, we will notify you when your jeans are ready for pickup. 
  • For online purchases, fitted jeans will be shipped within five (5) business days to major cities or up to ten (10) business days for other regions. Delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons. 

 If the customer fails to collect the item within the specified time or if a delivery issue arises, we offer a one (1) month grace period to claim the product. After this period, if unclaimed, the item will be considered abandoned and will be donated.
